How to play Word Fort

  1. Read the sentence and tap the right word to earn sparks.
  2. Tap a glowing pad to build a tower: Spark, Boom or Frost.
  3. Tap a tower to make it stronger.
  4. Stop the muddle monsters before they reach your fort. A new wave comes each time, and the next one is shown before it starts.

What English it practises

Every spark is earned with a right answer, so the more sentences a student gets right, the stronger their fort. Students pick a lesson first, so the sentences match what they are learning.

How it helps with studying

This is a planning game: students decide which tower to build and when, between questions. It keeps older students interested for longer, and every decision is paid for with English.
